账户 · Accounts
你必须提供准确资料并保护登录信息。账户仅供本人使用；如发现未经授权使用，请立即联系 Client Care。 You must provide accurate information and protect your sign-in details. Accounts are personal; contact Client Care promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
产品与资讯 · Products and information
我们尽力确保产品、价格、库存与图片准确，但可能修正明显错误。护肤及护发内容为一般资讯，不代替医疗建议。 We aim to keep product, price, stock and imagery accurate, but may correct obvious errors. Skin and hair content is general information, not medical advice.
订单与付款 · Orders and payment
订单须经付款确认及库存审核后接受。付款由显示的第三方支付服务商安全处理。我们可在合理情况下拒绝或取消订单并安排退款。 Orders are accepted subject to payment confirmation and stock review. Payment is securely handled by the displayed third-party provider. We may reasonably reject or cancel an order and arrange a refund.
配送、退货与退款 · Delivery, returns and refunds
配送时间为估计值。未开封商品可依网站当时公布的退换政策申请处理；卫生、安全或已开封商品可能不符合退货条件，除非商品有缺陷或法律另有规定。 Delivery times are estimates. Unopened goods may be returned under the policy displayed at purchase; hygiene, safety or opened items may be excluded unless defective or required by law.
可接受使用 · Acceptable use
不得滥用账户、客服、支付或网站系统，不得尝试访问他人资料、上传恶意内容或干扰服务。 You must not misuse accounts, support, payment or site systems, attempt to access another person’s data, upload malicious content or disrupt the service.
隐私、责任与法律 · Privacy, liability and law
个人资料依隐私通知处理。在法律允许范围内，我们不对无法合理控制的间接损失或服务中断负责；消费者依法享有的权利不受排除。条款受适用的马来西亚法律约束。 Personal data is handled under our Privacy Notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or outages beyond reasonable control; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. These terms are governed by applicable Malaysian law.
